Berlin, 01.03.20120. During the past 59 days 72 MB of Audio Delicacies from the Deluxe Soup Kitchen were distributed to 27 countries via TafelMuzak Nº 96 on Unbekanntes Sektorformat. Mexico and Argentina added themselves to the list on the last day. The end of a very special field trial.

Ceven and maurus, it was a great pleasure to have undertaken this with your generous help. Thank you for a first-rate collaboration and here’s to the next one.

Berlin, am 01.03.2010: Während der vergangenen 59 Tage wurden über Unbekanntes Sektorformat mit TafelMuzak Nº 96 ganze 72 MB Audiodelikatessen auf 27 Länder verteilt. Am letzten Tag kamen Mexiko und Argentinien dazu. Ein Freilandversuch der ganz besonderen und eigenen Art ist damit beendet.

Lieber Ceven und maurus, es war uns ein großes Vergnügen, das mit Deiner Hilfe bewerkstelligen zu können. Wir danken Dir sehr für die erstklassige Zusammenarbeit und freuen uns auf Kommendes.

on the line, a part of the new album of self-portraits named reflections

At Ceven’s Blog über das WESEN, about a being:

Since January I’ve been working on a project whose intention is to be a metaphor for the creative and personal evolutions from one state to another during the period I was being naturalized from an American citizen into a fully fledged German-European. This project is called HINAUSGEHEN.

The word is German for ‘to go out’ or ‘to be exposed’. ‘Über etwas hinausgehen’ means ‘to transcend something’. I chose to follow a 3-movement sonata form to narrate various metamorphoses. While making the first movement I was an American (Exposition), in the second I was stateless (Development), and in the third I became a German citizen (Recapitulation).

The video WESEN will be published this month, with it HINAUSGEHEN, the threepart audio visual composition, is completed. At this time, we will create a own USF-site for this project.
